Delete your Axendra account

You can permanently delete your Axendra account and associated personal data from inside the Axendra app.

In the Axendra app

1. Sign in to Axendra.
2. Open Profile or Settings.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Review the warning and confirm.

Deletion is permanent. Your account, profile, private notes, highlights, reflections, and other associated personal data will be deleted, subject to limited records retained when legally required.

Need help?

If you cannot access the app, email axendra.support@gmail.com from the account email address and write “Axendra account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask for reasonable information to verify ownership before processing the request.
